Introduction
I am a health services researcher working in the College of Medicine and Public Health at Flinders University, South Australia and former SA Mental Health Commissioner. My research looks at service users’ experiences of mental health and care systems. I also investigate implementation of models of care within organisations and workforce development for delivery of care for people with long-term conditions. Particular interests include mental health systems and service user equity in healthcare.
