This project aims to analyze how the neoliberalization process has been influence social housing policy in Brazil. In addiction, this project intent to understand how Brazilian urban development and political trajectory create specifics characteristic and logics for its process between 1988 and 2017, which is the most recent democratic period in Brazil. Thus, this process possible impacts to lower income families living in social social.
