Introduction
Shakila Shamsu retired as Officer on Special Duty (New Education Policy) in the Dept. of Higher education, Government of India. She has been actively involved in the formulation of India's National Education Policy 2020. She has been Secretary to the Committee to Draft National Education Policy. Earlier, she was involved in the preparation of GOI XI & XII Five Year Plans. Shakila does research in Higher Education, Teacher Education, ODL, Digital & ICT Learning & Educational Planning & Policy.
