Introduction
I got my BSc. and MSc. in the Field of Ag. Eng. (Power and Machinery) from Shiraz University, Iran and started my job (in Jan. 1996) as a lecturer at Persian Gulf Uiversity (Bushehr, Iran) for nearly 9 years. I got the Ph.D. degree in Power and Machinery Engineering (major) and Processing and Food Engineering (minor) from college of Ag. Eng., PAU, Ludhiana, India in 2007. Onward, I continued my job as assistant professor at the Departement of Biosystems Engineering, Shiraz University.
