Introduction
I work in a research center in Aragon region (Spain), in a group mainly dedicated to truffles. Our region is one of the most important areas for black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) production in the world, so we try to cover all aspects of truffle science (cultivation, ecology, microbiology, quality, and so on). I, myself, am more focused on cultivation research, from nursery (truffle mycorrhizae seedlings production) to the field (orchard management).
