The government and society want safe transport flows but not against high costs. Transport companies report a lot of information to the Customs and Administration Service and also ensure the safety of these flows in many different ways. The Customs and Administration Service would like to use this information from transport companies for its own risk analyses but it is not clear whether such a sharing of information is legally permitted and how the information could be shared. This research focuses on the possibilities of sharing this information from a legal and information-sharing perspective. This should lead to improved compliance (satisfying legislation)
