Introduction
My research interests focus on team-level phenomena in organizational settings, especially team resilience and team adaptation. Here, I examine the impact that team processes have in helping teams to deal with critical and unexpected situations. Additionally, I consider how specific boundary condition might help in shaping a team's potential to adapt in the face of adversity.
