Introduction
Sebastian Kupski (2006-2015 member of research group Professor Katzschner, University of Kassel): sound experience in developing unique (due to their practicability) tools for local authorities worldwide in terms of climate change adaptation. Own business that offers tools, information and consulting to local authorities concerning climate change mitigation and adaptation issues.
His specialty is urban climatology for city planning in all mentioned scales. For future scenarios it is necessary to have the knowledge of the city wide effects generated by the climate change. These spatial information for particular territories are fundamental for the municipality and their decision makers. So it is an important duty to develop generally understandable tools for every day working process.
