Introduction
A study of the longest non-canonical Pāli text to be included in the Tibetan bKa' 'gyur. This includes a critical edition of the Tibetan text, an annotated translation of that text and a study of the history and textual affiliations of the text along with a study of the important Buddhist concepts that occur in the text.
