Introduction
I have spent seven years working within the retail sector (General Manager). Also spent seven years at Mercedes Benz as a Financial Controller. This was mainly in the UK. I have also served as an Infantry Soldier, serving in multiple countries.
I lecture in Business related topics such as Finance, Strategy and Research Methods. My research interests centre on human resource development; through spirituality and the impact this has on organisational commitment.
