Dr. Sayed Reza is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Pennsylvania State University Harrisburg. With expertise in Data Science, Data-Driven Decision Making, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering, his research focuses on applying data science techniques to decision-making in diverse fields. Dr. Reza earned his Ph.D. from the University of Texas at El Paso and led the acclaimed PROCONF project, a Peer-to-Peer Review Management System for Research Development.
