  • As a trainee, I assessed Arthropod diversity on Ficus religiosa (Peepal) tree. The results were interesting as we were successful in establishing the reason of dominance of a particular Hymenopteran and its role in F. religiosa's life cycle.

I am getting complimentary cds sequence of the Influenza A/X-31 (H3N2) but not full length vRNA sequence of segment 4 and 6. Intriguingly, the sequence of other vRNA segments are available. The compliment of cRNA into vRNA after BLASTn is not showing any similarity. If someone can shed light as to why specifically sequences of vRNA of only these two segments (4th and 6th) are unavailable.
Ammonium acetate is never seen to be used as source of ammonia in in vitro model of hyperammonemia while ammonium chloride is used. On contrary, there are several paper where in vivo model has been established using ammonium acetate. I want to know why we prefer ammonium chloride over ammonium acetate to mimic in vitro hyperammonemia and why we use ammonium acetate to generate in vivo models of the same?
I am working on a visual stimulus in an odd ball paradigm based Event Related Potential (ERP) recording. The stimuli are pictures of reward. I want to see P300 and P100 response to these stimuli. Can anyone kindly suggest me which wave has to be filtered or is it electrode's location specific wave selection for example frontal or Cz??
Hi, I want to do ERP recording in response to alcohol cue (picture). Can anyone suggest me any standard/ accepted database or picture collection where I  can get such pictures with uniform background and preferably same resolution and size. 
In Psychology, BIS/BAS questionnaire assess Reward drive, fun seeking like behavior of an individual. Wherever, I have read, I have seen generalized questions in BIS/BAS. I am looking for a questionnaire that assesses affinity of individual specific for reward. For example, for substance use. Is there any questionnaire which can differentiate an individual who takes substance just for fun (fun seeking) from someone who has high reward drive for substance. Given that BIS/BAS scores of both individuals are same. Is modifying BIS/BAS questionnaire for reward is acceptable or is there any other questionnaire available that shows affinity of an individual towards specific stimulus (Reward)?
Is there a standard protocol or standardized experiment to assess learning in Drosophila? Similarly, can anybody help me with protocol and preferred model to assess cognitive functions experimentally?
