Introduction
Dr. S.Y.M. (Saskia) M֖érelle is senior researcher at 113 Suicide Prevention, epidemiologist and teamleade. Her main interest is preventing suicides among young people. She is also lecturer at Amsterdam UMC, teaching medical students. She currently supervises 6 PhD students, 4 postdocs and 3 junior researchers in the field of of Medicine, Psychology, Data Sciences and Health Sciences. Saskia is project lead of the national implementation of psychosocial autopsy studies for the Ministry of Health.
