Introduction
For my current project, I am investigating temperature-dependent dynamics of spontaneous and trauma induced axon plasticity. - I am also helping develop Nano diamonds for local temperature sensing and microfluidic devices to apply them on neuroscience. - Techniques include: Neuronal primary culture, mitochondria tracking, immunohistochemistry, imaging and lithography.
