The aim of the project is to provide information and tools to support the risk assessment competence of persons conducting risk assessment at workplaces and to assess the success of the risk assessment. The research and development is carried out in cooperation with five companies from different branches and it is financed by the Finnish Work Environment Fund, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, the participating companies and the Tampere University.

Research and development project was a joint venture (2012-2014) between its funders TEKES, four Finnish universities, and the participating companies focusing on dialogic leadership practice. Dialogic leadership was examined as a way of promoting productivity, renewal and well-being at work.
