Introduction
Nowadays employees strive to find a balance between work, home/leisure. My private search of balance mostly revolves around university teaching and research. As “the long arm of the job” has become very long, topics such as work-family conflict/enrichment or diverse job/family demands, concern not only almost every employee, his/her family, and coworkers, but society in general. Therefore, I enjoy embracing them in articles, teaching, in private life, and look for collaborations in the field.
