To examine how reward and punishment, when coupled with student-centred collaborative learning and tech-enhanced learning (TEL), may affect learning objectives and outcomes, and contribute to the Monash Better Teaching, Better Learning Agenda. The partnership between an academic librarian and Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology, and academic staff from the School of Medicine, is key for establishing a holistic framework for research implementation, addressing all project components including psychological factors, teaching expertise, TEL use and research design.
