Introduction
Sanwal Hussain Kharl is currently working at Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (FOHSS), University of Central Punjab Lahore, Pakistan. He is graduated from the School of Public Administration , China University of Geosciences. Sanwal does research in State Politics and Policy, Public Policy and Management and Higher Education Development.
