Introduction
Fertilization is the beginning of a new life that occurs in the female uterine. Commonly, sperm’s physiological states is a main point to establish fertilization when encounter the ovulated oocyte, and intercommunication between fertilized oocyte with sperm (embryo) and uterine environment is necessary for suitable embryo development. Therefore, my research focuses on the understanding of molecular and functional sperm physiology, embryo development, and intrauterine environment to raise reproductivity. Additionally, my ultimate goal is to apply knowledge about infertility therapy and to develop the reproductive management tool for animals.
