Introduction
I am a Senior Lecturer in Business and Management at the Derby Business School, University of Derby. My teaching mainly contributes towards Degree Apprenticeships and online business degrees, leading level 4- 7 modules within areas of research methods, project management and enterprising. I do research supervision up to doctoral level and serve as PhD Viva chair. I actively seek for collaboration towards publication and funding bids also delivering guest lectures.

Description
- Successfully completed a Research and Knowledge Exchange funded project worth £32,657 in collaboration of Manchester Metropolitan University and Deluxe Beds Ltd. The project initiated in parallel to lockdown presenting challenging situation to carry on with the proposed project idea of Business process analysis, setting up Scrum teams for operations improvement and specific definitions of SOPs and KPIs, to work towards the ISO accreditations.
