Introduction
Prof. Samir has over three decades of experience in research, consultancy, teaching, trainingand industry. He has co-authored two books and also writes for popular business magazines. He founded South Asia's first public procurement observatory (http://www.procurementobservatoryup.com). He has more ten thousand citations in Google Scholar, more than two thousand five hundred citations in Scopus with an H-Index of 11 and about two thousand citations in Publons. He serves on the Editorial Board of several reputed academic journals. His biographic profile appears in Marquis Who’s Who. He won Manubhai M.
