Introduction
Dr Sam Carroll-Bell’s research focuses on framing and impact of international development activities in the Asia-Pacific. His doctorate examined the epistemologies of international development workers in Timor-Leste, exploring the intersection of knowledge production, cultural dynamics, and development practices. In addition to peer-reviewed articles, chapters, and conference proceedings, Sam has contributed to policy briefs and commissioned reports on regional development and sustainability.
