Introduction
In 2007, Dr. Resino joined the National Center for Microbiology (Institute of Health Carlos III, Spain) as a Research Senior in infectious diseases. Today, he is the head of the Unit of Viral Infection and Immunity. We performed translational research focusing on the immune pathogenesis of viral infections and biomarkers associated with clinical progression, particularly HIV and viral hepatitis.
