Introduction
"Saif Addeen" A. Alrababah is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Systems at Al albayt University, Mafraq, Jordan. He received his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Science,Malaysia (USM), Malaysia, in May 2018. Since 2020, he is acting as Director of the E-learning Center. He is especially interested with Data mining, Sentiment analysis, Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM), Business Intelligence, Information Retrieval.
