本稿は,私たちが“より生きやすくなる”ための手がかりの提供を目的とした仮説生成研究である。筆者ら自身の「生きづらさ」や「生きやすさ」を抱いた人生体験をデータとして質的に分析し,モデル化した上で,理論を通して共通内容を考察し,次のことを見出した。そもそも予定不調和な「生きづらい」社会で,私たちは自分の人生の主導権を握っているゆえに「生きづらさ」を抱くが,無知を自覚し,異質性を前提とする場で自己の存在性を俯瞰し,「生きづらさ」リスクへの構えができると,遭遇する偶然が“より生きやすくなる”ための必然になる。「生きづらさ」と同じだけ「生きやすさ」はあり,過去の「生きづらさ」は今の生への支援になり得るとした縁起的世界観(レンマ的世界観)と因果論的世界観(ロゴス的世界観)を統合した生き方が,私たちが“よ...
人が自分の夢を描き、その夢の実現に向かって自分が変容していくことは、幸せを実現していくうえで普遍的な願いである。また、このように自分の源とつながった個人が、自分の内側にある関心に従って、あるテーマのもとに新しく集い、共創的な活動を通じて自己変容しながら大きな目的を達成していく。このような融通無碍な生命的なチーム、組織やコミュニティのありかたが、これからの社会でより重要な役割を果たしていくと考えられる。

概要
個人、チーム、組織が抱く夢の実現や変容、内省などのモデルとして、U理論、行動探求、成人の発達理論などが提案されている。しかしながらこれらの理論やモデル間の相互関係は必ずしも明確に議論されてこなかった。本論文ではこれらのモデルの相互関係を統合的に俯瞰するための参照モデルを提案する。これにより、これらの方法論を統合的に理解するための基本的なフレームワークを提供する。
