An observation of Acrantophis madagascariensis feeding on Lepilemur edwardsi is reported from Ankarafantsika National Park, northwestern Madagascar. While A. madagascariensis is generally considered a terrestrial and nocturnal boa, we observed its predatory activity on a tree during the daytime.
