Presently working as Associate Professor at DCRUST, Murthal, Sonepat, Haryana, India. Having more than 20 years teaching in Management Area. Earlier, worked as Head of Department, at Hindu Institute of Management, Sonepat. Completed seven consultancy projects and one UGC sponsored Major Research Project. Current research interests are Services Marketing, Sensory Marketing, Experiential Marketing, Service Value Chain, e-HRM, Employee Engagement, Workplace Spirituality, Happiness, Mindfulness.
