Introduction
Rowena Capulong Reyes, Ph.D., is Dean of the Institute of Arts and Sciences of Far Eastern University (FEU). Dr. Reyes holds the rank of professor at FEU, handling select communication and education courses on integrated marketing communication, community relations and social advocacy. Her scholarly work has covered spatial governance, associational life, social media, and marketing communication.
