Introduction
Rossano Bolpagni works at the University of Parma (Department of Chemistry, Life Sciences and Environmental Sustainability), and He is an Associated Researcher at the CNR IREA (National Research Council of Italy, Institute for Electromagnetic Sensing of the Environment).
