The purpose of the work is to develop veterinary sanitation issues, to establish the antibacterial effect of vegetable alcoholic tinctures on reference cryogenic reference strains M. bovis, Staphylococcus aureus F-4a (number 25923), Staphylococcus epidermidis (14990), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (27/99) in vitro , search of modern tuberculostatic drugs, disinfectants. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set: - to conduct a retrospective analysis of the intensity of the epizootic process in tuberculosis of cattle. - to study the nature of the manifestation and development of the epizootic process in tuberculosis of cattle. - analyze the role of economic and production factors in the emergence and spread of TB. - to study the peculiarities of the distribution and course of tuberculosis of cattle in farms of Ukraine. - to investigate the variability of M. bovis, M.tuberculosis, M.avium and some types of atypical mycobacteria isolated from cattle. - to improve the existing and develop new nutrient environments for the bacteriological diagnosis of animal tuberculosis. - to study the bactericidal properties of drugs for decontamination of the pathogen of tuberculosis in the external environment. - to carry out the epizootic and economic effectiveness of anti-TB measures.
