Introduction
Currently, I am involved in two EU projects: - Integrity (H2020): empowering students through evidence-based, scaffolded learning of Responsible Conduct in Research (RCR); - Educate to build resilience (ISFP): against radicalisation and polarisation through religious education. Good academic practice is more than the avoidance of clear-cut cheating. It also involves navigation of the gray zones between cheating and good practice. The existing literature has left students’ understanding of gray zone practices largely unexplored. To begin filling in this gap, we present results from a questionnaire study involving N = 1639...

How...

The Judeo-Christian tradition is under criticism that the Creator's command to man on the first pages of the Bible- to subjugate the Earth and rule over it - is the foundation for the exploitative stance of man towards Creation. An in-depth analysis of the first chapters of the Genesis in the context of the whole biblical message, however, gives ma...

The Judeo-Christian tradition is blamed as the main culprit in man's exploitative stance toward the natural environment because of the Creator's command to man that he must subjugate the Earth and have dominion over it (Gen 1:28). This thesis was advanced in 1967 by Lynn White in his article The Historical Roots of Our Ecologic Crisis, which engend...
