I would like to ask if anyone knows or have prooved an easy/simple/fast method for separating the endodperm from the embryo in A. thaliana seeds in a massive way for qPCRs?? I would like to try it on imbibed seeds.

I would like to know what kind of statistical analysis should I perform if the only data I have is the mean and the standard deviation? I have performed gene ontolgies of my data using the Classification SuperViewer Tool of the Bio-Array Resource, so I would like to compare for each one of the ontologies if the differences between the UP and DOWN reg genes are statistically signifficant in each one of those categories. The program just gives you the values of the mean and the standard deviation.
Does anybody know a programme/software/website to perform HeatMaps without using the R language??

Hi. I am currently doing some histochemical stainings in Arabidopsis seeds, but I get inespecific staining. How can I work this out?
I incubated seeds with X-glc for only 6 hs at 37ºC, but every tissue got stained equally.
I'm currently working with the GWAPP Web application, but I can't use the program correctly. This red sign keeps appearing:
"Backend-Error stale weak reference to dead node ``/phenotypes``"
Does anyone know how to fix it or what the mistake is? Has it happened to anyone else?
