The objective of this project is to propose an intelligent tool, which allows taking into account the tasks of online counselling and tutoring for university students after the COVID-19 pandemic. This tool can be integrated into an online learning environment. The online counselling tool should take in particular the psychological concerns and questions posed by students. In addition, the proposed environment provides the tutors and psychologists with all the functions and services to carry out their functions at distance.

La segmentation d’images est une étape essentiel dans les processus de traitement d’image. L’approche de segmentation par contour consiste à localiser les frontières des régions. Alors que les approches de segmentation par région quant à elles agissent en partitionnant l’image en un ensemble de régions où chacune désigne un ou plusieurs objets connexes. Dans la pratique les meilleurs résultats de segmentation sont obtenus en combinant conjointement des méthodes distinctes. En faisant cela nous obtenons des approches hybrides plus solides et plus efficaces, car la limite d’une méthode peut être surpassée par une autre, ou bien sa force peut être renforcée. Dans ce travail, Une nouvelle approche hybride de segmentation d’images couleurs est proposée. C’est une approche adaptative basée sur une coopération région-contour au sein d’un système multi-agents. La segmentation procède par l’élaboration d’un ensemble de régions et de contours initiaux qui vont être améliorés mutuellement offrant ainsi une vision à la fois globale et locale au processus de segmentation. La conception d'un tel système s'avère très difficile et le lien entre le comportement collectif et celui des individus qui composent ce système est difficile à établir. Nous défendons le principe de maîtriser le comportement d'un système multi-agents par une approche de contrôle, pour cela, nous agissons sur lui à partir d'informations relatives à ses comportements globaux.
