Introduction
I graduated in Sports Science in 2005 at the University of León in Spain. Since then I have been a coach of endurance athletes, currently I am an Elite Performer Coach for triathletes, cyclists and athletes.
I have experience as a coach of triathletes and athletes, at the Olympic Games in Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024.
I received my PhD in 2009 at the University of Alicante in Spain, where I currently work as a professor and scientist of human performance.
