Introduction
Robert Setio is Associate Professor of First Testament studies at the Faculty of Theology, Duta Wacana Christian University. He is currently writing on ancestor veneration practices in ancient Israel and in Indonesia. He is also actively involved in Christian-Muslim dialogue. He has great interest in postcolonial, postmodern, globalisation, ideological criticism issues.
