Now: Process Manager Transition at BWI GmbH and Lecturer at FOM Hochschule, both in Munich. Befor: After completing an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration, he worked in the ITSM department of the German Federal Employment Agency in Nuremberg. He studied both information systems and economic science at FOM Hochschule and did his doctorate at TUM. His research activities focus on ITSM, cloud computing, business/IT alignment, and IT-based Learning.
