Introduction
Current research interests: intelligent agents, machine learning, and knowledge discovery in data. We are using techniques from the graph and stochastic decision theory. We intend to apply them to problems coming from health sciences (diagnosis processes), innovation and knowledge management(knowledge dynamics), smart cities and industry supply chain management (value chain decision processes).

Description
- We have collaborated in cluster and grid technologies (distributed computing) and in the high-speed network environment to support grid computing at LCCV. We have worked in projects involving topics like high-performance computing, InfiniBand interconnection technology, Linux clusters, scheduling and job dispatcher, MPI, Open MP, data provenance, e-science structures and globus grid open source technology. I also have advisory students in themes of parallel architectures and python programming.

- I have worked as a lecturer in business and marketing courses. I taught several one-semester courses in the areas of operational research and decision analysis, project management, financial market and corporate planning and strategy. I also teach the 'management of information systems' at the undergraduate level. In the grad level, I taught 'quantitative methods in business research' and 'knowledge management'. I've also advisory students in 'business and strategic planning' projects.
