Introduction
The primary focus of Industrial Climate Solutions is a novel 2-phase and 3-phase mass transfer technology based on complex flows. Primarily pulsing froth and bubbly co-flow contactors - leading applications are oriented to CO2 capture (post-combustion and pre-combustion), with additional applications in low-pressure (eg flue-gas) scrubbing and high-pressure mass-transfer and chemical reactors.
Non-fouling, high mass-transfer intensity.

This study evaluated for the first time the performance of CSP in a cocurrent down-flow packed column operating at pulsing flow regime. Packing performance was evaluated on a bench-scale absorber equipped with high-speed imaging and pressure gauges. Absorption experiments were conducted at 101.3 kPa using an 8 vol% CO2/Air mixture and a 22 mol% MEA...
This report stated the key concepts of decarbonization of 15 leading economies aiming at limiting global warming by 2 degrees Celsius. The report was presented to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in support of the UN Climate Leaders’ Summit in New York on September 23, 2014 and the UNFCCC COP21, where the historic Paris Climate Agreement was signed...

The technique of dielectrophoresis (the resultant motion of a neutral particle in a nonuniform electric field) has been successfully applied by several authors in the past for the purposes of characterization/separation of intact biological cells and their components. A new method is presented for obtaining the dielectrophoretic spectra using quasi...

ABSTRACT
Dielectrophoresis has been shown to be potentially useful as a technique for identifying dielectric (polarisation) properties of particles and separating them on that basis. Particles range from polystyrene microspheres to complex biological cells.
An automated system is described which allows the characterisation and, potentially, separ...
The technique of dielectrophoresis (the resultant motion of a neutral particle in a nonuniform electric field) has been successfully applied by several authors in the past for the purposes of characterization/ separation of intact biological cells and their components. In these studies the frequency-dependent dielectric response of the cells (diele...
The derivation of the isomotive field geometry for cieiertrophoresis assumes that the field is uniform relative to the timensions of the particie of interest. For this situation the particle may be modelled as a point dipole.
A more rigorous attempt has been made in this study to inolude contributions due to multiple effects. The error introduced b...
