Introduction
Ravindra Shenoy U. currently works at the Department of Commerce, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, India as Assistant Professor-Sr scale. His research interests primarily are in the areas of Spiritual and Ethical Leadership. He is also a keen student of Indology with a special focus on Indian Vedic inputs to modern management and leadership. Currently, he is at the threshold of research in the area of Ethical Leadership using both quantitative and qualitative research methods.

I would like to do research on Vidura neeti's formula for good management. Has anybody done this work before?

Indian Vedic texts though looks conventional or even orthodox has wisdom that looks sustainable and also holistic in nature. Though on a surface level we find the texts to be more of spiritual or philosophical nature, a deeper and a detailed study would definitely open up our intellect to expose to the knowledge which is been reiterated by modern management writers. I have worked on Vidura Neeti and Shanti parva of Mahabharat from the last 6 years and have found that many theories or concepts that have been opened up as new theories have been discussed and implemented centuries before.
