Introduction
Dr. Rashed Al Karim works as a Professor at the School of Business, East Delta University, Chattogram Bangladesh. He has completed his Doctor of Philosophy from Universiti Utara Malaysia and MBA from the University of Wales, United Kingdom. His research interests are tourism, hospitality, service marketing, consumer behavior, and sustainability. He has many publications in reputed peer-reviewed international journals & reviewed 100-plus articles.
