Introduction
Dr. Raphael E. Cuomo, PhD, MPH, CPH, FRSPH is a professor and research scientist with board-certification in public health from the National Board of Public Health Examiners. He studied at UC San Diego and Harvard University, and he completed additional training with Yale University and the World Health Organization. Dr. Cuomo is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health, and he has been an active member of several professional public health organizations.
