The current study aims at developing pragmatic procedures in growing the 21st century Church with the younger generation. The study will be empirical using five different churches in my context. The mixed-methods would be used with two sub-categories, exploratory and descriptive design. Don S. Browning's step-by-step approach will be used in achieving the aim of the project. That is, Step 1-descriptive, Step 2-historical, Step 3-systematic, and Step 4-strategic, and practical theology (Browning 1991, 36-37). It is anticipated that the duration will be 12 months.
