Introduction
Business Engineer with nearly 27 years of experience in good governance, governance reforms, the humanitarian sector, monitoring and evaluation, and digital transformation. Managed multiple projects for international donors in the MENA region and NGOs in the MENA region. Guest Lecturer/Thesis Supervisor at several universities in Lebanon, France, and Canada. Challenges and opportunities of e-government in Lebanon Lebanon is a small developing country that is making significant investments in e-government technology with the expectation that it will help improve quality of life for its citizens and decrease corruption. This chapter will study the challenges and opportunities of achieving these objectives in an emerging country and provide strategies and policy recommendations to address them in a broad and holistic way.
