Introduction
Hall is VP of Research at USC and professor in industrial/systems engineering. Hall was chair of ISE when it became the first named academic department at USC, and led the METRANS and CREATE centers at USC. Hall is author of Queueing Methods for Services and Manufacturing and editor of Handbook of Transportation Science, Patient Flow, Reducing Delay in Healthcare Delivery and Handbook of Healthcare System Scheduling.
