Introduction
He is currently the national head of engineering research and Dr. Professor at the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia (UCC) with emphasis on energy generation, simulation and modeling in the energy sector, aviation and techno-economic and environmental risk assessments and multi-target optimization for solar and wind based floating cogeneration, hydrokinetics, biomass and innovative propulsion systems.
