Prohibited in India. History is , people were misusing this. They were keeping the male fetus. The girt was getting aborted.
Another side is also here. Family wants one male and one female child.
Some family in rural areas wait till the male baby. Result is number of baby is increasing in some family. Economy is crucial.
For them atleast the law should be relaxed under judicial vigilance.

One of the commonest cause of pain leg in child is Flat foot. This also impacts latter. For faulty centre of gravity of body and it's equilibrium causes overstrain to back muscle and erosion of knees. Results early OA, LBP.

Inguinal hernia is not very uncommon in pediatric patient. The standard and recommended treatment is surgery. On the other hand Prolotherapy can close the wide gap of inguinal ring. It is easy,cost effective and devoid of surgical intervention. For reducible inguinal hernia it can be a good alternative option with ultrasonographic guidance. Can you give any data, references or works on it?

Now a days Vitamin D analog CALCIPOTRIOL is used in Vitiligo but cost is high. And its usage therefore is limited for affordability. PUVA and in some cases LASER is also used. At the rural area in India from that background this alternative method will be helpful and is promising.
