Introduction
I am a Professor of Psychopathology and Psychotherapy at the Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences. My research focuses on understanding and treating stress-related disorders, including PTSD, complex PTSD, and adjustment disorders. I explore psychological mechanisms behind these conditions and emphasize the development, validation, and implementation of interventions to improve clinical care.
