What can lead to nonaccurate oxygen saturation measurement by pulse oxymeter?
1. In general, why?
2. In COVID in absence of serious pneumonia perhaps low pO2 readings by pulse oxymeter are artifactual. Why?
3. Have somebody compared in COVID pulse oxymeter readings with actual measurement of gases in arterial blood.
Any tricks to be successful in culturing neurons and having axons growing through the "capillary" in this system:
AXIS Axon Isolation Device 150 uM, plasma bonded to tissue culture dish (AX15005PBC), de Millipore.
The company does not provide good answers neither the technical sheets.
Help needed.
