Introduction
Hi! My name is Rafael Fagnani and currently I’m full professor at university UNOPAR, teaching and researching in the postgraduate program of Animal Health and Production. Furthermore, I’m also responsible for teaching food technology and sanitary inspection to undergraduate students. My actual projects are about milk quality and sustainable development, both for industries and farming system production.
