Introduction
I am working to promote nutrition and whole-person wellness for children and adults on the autism spectrum. Much of my work has focused on "health parenting" (i.e. promoting nutrition, fitness, overall well-being), pediatric nutrition, and childhood obesity prevention. I am passionate about finding innovative ways to promote health at home, clinical settings, and across the community.
